Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LetsVolunteer mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
LetsVolunteer is a volunteer management platform that enables non-profit organizations to coordinate volunteers, manage events, track volunteer hours, and facilitate communication between coordinators and volunteers. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

The App supports multiple organizations. By creating or joining an organization, you agree to abide by any additional rules or guidelines set by that organization's administrators. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members, events, and data within their organization.

Volunteer hours logged through the App are subject to verification and approval by organization administrators. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hours data and are not responsible for any disputes arising from volunteer hour records. Organizations are responsible for verifying and approving submitted hours.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information including your name, email address, and volunteer activity data.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LetsVolunteer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetsVolunteer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
